1. What are the benefits of quitting smoking?
A substantial body of research has established that quitting smoking has immediate as well as long-term health benefits for men and women of all ages, reducing risks for diseases caused by smoking and improving health in general.
Within a few months of quitting smoking, the cilia in the lungs and airways improve at sweeping mucus and debris from the lungs (as long as irreversible damage has not taken place). Lung function improves and the presence and severity of respiratory symptoms reduce.

3. How much does it cost to get started?
The medical assessment and applicable scripts are provided free of charge. Complete the eligibility quiz to learn more about your options and get started. 
Please note, If you wish to use your prescription for dispensing at your local pharmacy we charge a $49 administration fee to provide an electronic copy sent directly to your phone.
4. What happens if I don't qualify for a prescription?
Nicotine prescription eligibility is at the discretion of the prescribing doctor. In the event that you are deemed illegible by the reviewing doctor, our customer service team will contact you soon after the results of your medical assessment are released to discuss your situation further with you. The TGA has evaluated a number of smoking cessation aids registered in the ARTG, including some prescription medicines and first-line NRTs. These products may be appropriate for your situation, along with non-pharmaceutical approaches to reducing smoking. 
5. How long is my prescription valid for?
Your prescription will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuing. Your script includes a limited number of repeats, once these are exhausted you will have to apply for a new script.
6. I already have a script, can I order NVP products from your website?
We can accept valid escripts issued by other Australian medical centres. As we want to ensure that you have access to the right medications and proper care, we kindly ask customers wanting to access our service with valid escripts to contact our customer service team and email the escript and the TGA Authorised Prescriber letter provided by the prescribing doctor to support@relxnow.com.au. Alternatively, patients can apply for a new script on our website. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and to minimize any discomfort for you, the medical assessment and applicable scripts are provided free of charge.
